In order to provide the best customer service and reply in time, please email us according to which store your bike was purchased from.

Unboxing

Yamme ebike is fully assembled, so all you need to do is unfolding your bike and get riding. Here are steps for you to unfold.

  • Frame
  • The appearance of the handle and clasp.
  • Press the handle bar to frame.
  • Turn the clasp to hold the handle.

PedalUnfoldRotate the pedal up until the pedal is fully embedded.

FoldTo fold the pedal, push from the front first, and then rotate it downward.

  • Get the handlebars upright.
  • Turn the fastener upward until the handlebar is fixed.
  • Push and lock the clasp.
  • Make sure the clasp is locked.

Battery taking out and chargingWhen the charger light turns red, it means the battery is being charged;When the light turn green, it means the battery is fully charged.

  • take out the battery and chargeInsert the key and rotate until the wind does not stuck the battery, then pull the key out to take the battery out
  • charge directlyThere is a charging port on the back of the bicycle’s folded conjunction. You can charge directly through this charging hole without taking ou the battery.

Transmission system

  • This function can only be adjusted while riding.
  • Adjust this joint to reduce the torque, the output power is increased, but the speed is accelerated.
  • .Adjust this joint to increase torque, the output power decreases, but the speed slows down.

Display Use and Instruction

Display Interface

Driving Mode switching.

  • Echo Mode: Activate at a slow speed with low acceleration(Low energy consumption).
  • Normal Mode:Activate at a normal speed with normal acceleration(Normal energy consumption).
  • Sport Mode:Activate at a high speed with high acceleration(Fast energy consumption).

Switching Push-assistance Mode On/Off

  • The push-assistance function may only be used when you walking the E-bike.
  • To activate the push-assistance function, press the down-arrow button for 2 s.
  • The push-assistance function will be switched off as soon as you release the button.

Assistance Level Selection

  • Press “” or “-” button to switch the E-bike system assistance level to change the motor output power.
  • The default assistance level ranges from level“0”to level“3”.
  • The output power is zero on Level “0”. Level “1” is the minimum power. Level “3” is the maximum power.
  • The default value is level “1”.

Introduction of common functions

The following functions must restart the display after setting the instrument to take effect.Setting Access

  • Press the power button to turn on the display, to access general settings menu, press both the “” button and the “-” button for 2s to access general settings menu.
  • All the Settings are operated in this page.

Speed-Limit Settings

  • The default maximum speed is 31Mp/h.
  • When the current speed is faster than limiting speed, the motor will turn off automatically.
  • Speed limit range is from 22 to 31 Mp/h.
  • To change basic settings, press the “” or the “-” button to increase or decrease the speed. Press the “i” button to confirm.Password Setting
  • This setting means power-on password setting when you turn on the display.
  • After accessing the password settings, press the“”or the“-”button to adjust the number and then press the“i”button to confirm digit one by one until the correct 4-digit password is completed.Cruise Control
  • Cruise Control is to ride your bike at a constant speed.
  • Press the “i” button to access the CRU setting.
  • Press the “” or “-” button to turn “off” into “on” to activate the Cruise Control.

Press the throttle at a constant speed you want for 5s, it will travel at a constant speed after releasing the throttle, which can minimize the energy consumption of the motor. Kinetic Energy Recovery

  • Turn on the power set, adjust to 0-3.
  • And then turn on the SHD function to 50 to start the energy recovery function.

When the speed reaches 15MPH, the kinetic energy can be automatically recovered. Use and Maintenance

Precautions for use

  • Adjust the optimal height of the seat according to the height of the user.
  • Ensure the brakes work properly.
  • Better not use it in bad weather like rain storm.
  • Check the bicycle for scratches.
  • Check for loose screws.
  • Check the accessories are complete.
  • When using for the first time, the user must fully charge the battery to activate the battery groups.
  • Do not use the battery in low energy, it will reduce the life of the battery.
  • Must use the provided charger for charging only.
  • Do not charge the battery at high temperature(over 212 Fahrenheit ), charge in a cool place.
  • If you will not use it for a long time, charge the battery at least once a month to keep the battery active.
  • Do not submerge the battery in liquid or anything may damage the battery.
  • To avoid damage to the battery, never subject the bike to intense physical shock, fierce vibration or
  • Better fully charge the battery before use each time, it will extend the life of the battery.
  • If the battery has any problems, do not charge it any more and contact us.
  • Don’t use the bike if the battery emits strange odors, overheats, or begins leaking. If the battery does leak, do not touch any leaking materials, as the battery contains dangerous substances. Do not open the battery and donot insert anything into the battery.

  • Check brake pads regularly.
  • Check if the brake disc is deformed.
  • If it is an oil brake, check for oil leakage.
  • Clean brake regularly.

Safety Warnings

  • Children, the elderly, and pregnant women should not use the bike.
  • Do not ride after drinking or taking prescription medication.
  • Prior to each ride, inspect each part of the bike to ensure is has been maintained correctly and functioning properly.
  • Always give ways to pedestrian.
  • When you riding, please keep a safe distance with other cyclists to avoid collision.
  • Always comply with local traffic laws and regulations. Remember, Yamee is a motor ebike, and is treated as such by local law enforcement. You can and will be arrested for drunk driving. Many cities have restrictions on where you can drive motor vehicles, as well as additional restrictions on driving non-automobiles on streets and highways.
  • Make sure your feet are always placed securely on the pedals.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, repair, or replace the bike or any components of the unit. This will void any warranty, and can lead to malfunctions which may cause injury.

  • What is the shipping date?Yamee: Generally, we ship within 1-2 working days after you place an order. If this time is exceeded, please contact our customer service.
  • Refund mattersYamee: If you request for a refund, please contact us and provide relevant information. If the refund is due to damage, please provide relevant videos or pictures. If not, please explain the reason for the refund. Remarks: All refunds need to pay shipping costs by yourself.

We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications, repairs or replacements not performed by YAMEE.The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes

  • Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions
  • Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassembling of the bike without direction by Yamee, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than Yamee.
  • The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents
  • The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes
  • Anti-rust layer damage caused by misuse (the damage of anti-rust layer can lead to the corrosion and fracture of the parts).
  • Platform of the purchase, such as Amazon, Brand Store, etc. (If on Amazon, please also include the seller name on your order)
  • Order number/ID
  • The email and shipping address you used when the order was placed
  • Pictures/Short videos of the problem(s) and a brief description of the problem(s)

Parts and Labor

Yamee may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you send the defective parts back to us. If applicable law requires Yamee to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Yamee the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service

DIY Parts Service allows you to service your own product. If Yamee determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, Yamee will ship to you a replacement part for your product. The replacement part will be accompanied by instructions on installation and any requirements for the return of the replaced part. Yamee reserves the right to decide if the labor costs relating to DIY Parts Service will be covered or not.
