Return Policy
Zoom Electric Bikes offers a 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns Policy. We will refund your purchase amount minus the original and return shipping charges subject to the conditions below:
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the order date.
- The item must be returned within 14 days from the notice of the intent to return.
- All merchandise must be returned in new, unused and sellable condition (that means all packaging, warranty cards, manuals, documentation, instructions, and accessories must be returned as well).
- Our return policy also applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped and/or refusal at the time of delivery.
- Please note that we do not accept the return of spare parts or accessories.

- We will require you to provide us with pictures of the item from all sides before it is packaged for shipping. We will also require pictures of the item after it has been packaged for return shipment in the original packaging.

- Do not return to any address listed on the package. It is a good idea to get insurance for shipping returns as we cannot guarantee delivery to us
- Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments and we recommend that you insure all returned packages for your protection. Zoom Electric Bikes is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged
- Shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- For all returns and cancellations that shipped free, a shipping charge equal to the cost of the original shipment will be withheld from the refund. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.
- Please do not write on the packaging box or use duct tape or any colored tape anywhere. Use only clear packaging tape.
- Zoom Electric Bikes reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:
- The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
- The returned item is missing parts or the original product’s packaging.
- The item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
- The item being returned has been obviously used.
- The item has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
The Following Cannot Be Returned
- Products which are eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty.
- Products that have had their original manufacturer packaging opened. Products that have been out of their original manufacturers’ packaging.
- Accessories and Spare Parts.
- If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the merchandise in new resalable condition.
Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange any item, except custom items, within 30 days of the ship date. Please note: Exchanges are subject to applicable restocking fees and the return policies mentioned on this page.
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
All merchandise returns require a Zoom Electric Bikes RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, please follow this procedure. Any returns received without an authorization number will be refused.

We’ll need the following:
- Your Zoom Electric Bikes Order Number (located in your confirmation emails)

As long as your reason for return is valid, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused and a refund will not be given. Your RMA is valid for 15 business days after it has been issued. Remember, we must receive returns within 30 days of the original ship date.
Items Damaged During Shipment
- When your order arrives, please be sure to inspect all boxes right away.
- If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept delivery from the carrier or make sure to note the damage on the proof of delivery slip.
- If you do accept a damaged shipment, make sure to notify us immediately, as claims for damaged goods must be presented to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
- Zoom Electric Bikes cannot be held responsible for visible shipment damage not reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
- We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
- If the packaging looked undamaged but there is in fact hidden damage to the items inside of the packaging, contact Zoom Electric Bikes within 2 days of receipt.
- We cannot accept claims after 2 business days, as we are unable to pass on the claims to the carrier responsible at that point.
Restocking Fees
- There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges unless the return is due to a Zoom Electric Bikes error (e.g. we sent you the wrong product).
- We are unable to waive this fee (although we would like to) due to the manufacturer charging us the restocking and return fees.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
- No returns or exchanges will be issued after thirty days from the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any items that are defective, or physically damaged by the end-users. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing a refund or credit
- Items that do not include all the original manufacturing packaging (packaging materials, documentation, instructions, and accessories)
- Customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable
- If an item is defective, we will replace the item
- Any items returned after 30 days
How to Return Your Item(s) to Zoom Electric Bikes
Please note that all returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes, product manuals, warranty cards, and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with return instructions.
- Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
- We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
- Include a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the reason for return)
- Write your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outside of the box
- Send the package to the address provided in the RMA authorization instructions
- Ship the package. We will either provide you a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
- Please provide us the tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
Refund Process
Your return will be processed as quickly as possible but may take up to 30 days. The time that it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement varies by the credit card company. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.
When you are issued an RMA number, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund much more rapidly (1-2 weeks). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Cancellations
- You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.
- All unshipped orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 40 administration fee.
- If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure above applies.

STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

Brevard Bikes warrants every new Brevard Bikes electric bicycle to be free from manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship provided that the product is used in a standard and controlled manner, and maintained according to its owner’s manual.
This warranty is valid in the United States only and applies to the person or entity that originally purchased the product from Brevard Bikes or its authorized dealers in the United States (not transferable to a subsequent purchaser). The warranty period commences upon the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized Brevard Bikes dealer and photo/video evidence of the defect are required to receive the warranty support.
What is covered by this warranty?
Brevard Bikes Bikes warrants every new Brevard Bikes product against defects in material and/or workmanship as follows:
Limited ONE (1) Year Components Warranty
Brevard Bikes electric bicycle: frame, suspension fork, stem, handlebar, headset, LCD display, seat post, saddle, brake levers, cables, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, chain, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, calipers, shifter, brake discs/rotors, brake/shifter cables, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, grips, head and tail lights, rear rack, fenders, reflectors, and hardware;
Limited SIX (6) Month Lithium-Ion Battery
Lithium-Ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a SIX (6) month period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance, misuse, normal wear or water damage.
Limited 30 Days Full Replacement Warranty
If an Brevard Bikes product is not working properly because of a major manufacturer defect within the first 30 days of original purchase, Brevard Bikes Bike will repair or replace any defective product at its sole option and expense upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major manufacturer defect. Brevard Bikes will first issue replacement parts for a reasonable number of tries (as determined by Brevard Bikes). If the product does not function properly after the parts replacement attempts, Brevard Bikes will send a full replacement bicycle or scooter upon receipt and inspection of the original product and replacement parts.
Brevard Bikes reserves the right to charge 25% of the product price in case the original product is returned in a bad manner, with the insufficient protective material, not in accordance with the instructions provided by Brevard Bikes, or shows signs of excessive use, neglect, dirt, dust. A full replacement product will be issued only after such fee is paid in full.

Limited 7 DAYS Shipping Damages Coverage
Brevard Bikes will repair or replace the parts damaged during shipping at its sole option provided that such damage is documented on the bill of lading and reported to the dealer or Brevard Bikes within the first 7 days after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the box and the product at the time of delivery, take pictures of any damage and keep all packaging and paperwork until the damage claim process is complete.
What is NOT covered by this warranty?
- Brevard Bikes product without presented proof of purchase from an authorized Brevard Bikes dealer AND photo/video evidence of the defect;
- Brevard Bikes product purchased from an unauthorized Brevard Bikes dealer;
- Brevard Bikes product with an expired warranty period;
- Brevard Bikes product transferred to a subsequent purchaser or owner;
- normal wear and tear (scrapes, scratches, etc.);
- consumables (components that are subject to a short life and periodic replacement due to their functions including, but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, spokes, alkaline batteries, saddle covering, paint, mineral oil, and other lubricants);
- assembly or tune-up fees;
- costs associated with inspection, labor, packaging material, shipping of warranted products;
- damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, improper assembly, use of incompatible and non-original parts, improper maintenance, storage, and transportation, alterations, modifications, acts of God, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, water damage, operator’s error, commercial activities, extreme or excessive riding, and other types of non-standard use;
- damage or defects resulting from an attempted repair unless performed by an authorized Brevard Bikes Dealer with Brevard Bikes’s knowledge and approval;
- damage or defects caused by flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, brownouts or sags (damage due to low voltage disturbances).
How to obtain warranty support?
Make sure to have the following available: original bill of sale with unexpired warranty period (proof of purchase), photo/video evidence of the defective part or product, and main product information (such as model, serial number, battery voltage, motor wattage).
Read the respective manual and FAQs for troubleshooting and repair instructions. If the solution is not found, contact the authorized Brevard Bikes Bike dealer (seller) from whom you purchased your product and report an issue. As your number one resource, the dealer shall evaluate the problem, provide instructions for troubleshooting and make attempts at resolving it.
If the issue is deemed as manufacture defect in materials and/or workmanship, please have your dealer contact Brevard Bikes to begin warranty process. Brevard Bikes shall repair or replace parts that are found by Brevard Bikes to be defective and covered by the limited warranty.
If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, Brevard Bikes reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned. All products that are replaced will become the property of Brevard Bikes and must be returned upon request. Any item repaired or replaced under these terms will be covered by the limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Terms of warranty published on the Brevard Bikes Website are considered current and controlling when a warranty claim is made. In no event shall Brevard Bikes Bikes be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
Brevard Bikes reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim.

Your bike will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days, typically between 24-48 hours of the purchase.
SHIPPING FOR ACCESSORIES:
We source high quality products, and to do that we work with suppliers from around the world. The suppliers we work with typically will ship items out within one to five business days from the time you place your order. As soon as your item ships you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to know exactly where your order is in our shipping process. With the current delays due to the COVID pandemic, it takes 10 to 20 days for your items to arrive.

Once the item been shipped, you will receive the tracking number immediately to the email provided to us during checkout.
For orders to Alaska, we can arrange shipping using a freight service or refer you to a local dealer.
WHO SHIPPED MY PRODUCT IS THE SHIPMENT INSURED?
Most of the time, FedEx Ground Service will be used to ship your order. Except for larger orders which may be shipped by a trucking freight service.
Your shipment is fully insured against liability of damage. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@blankbike.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to find a resolution to the issue as best as we can.
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail to either refund the order or ship a similar product upon request.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost (minus shipping). Because the nature of our items can sometimes take a little bit to process, we always start return eligibility from the date of delivery. If the error is due to Brevard Bikes we will likely cover the cost of the return shipping.
Merchandise must be in unused condition, with all parts that came with the order and original packaging for a full refund.
Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from Brevard Bikes. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Brevard Bikes, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
Approved returns have their choice of store credit, exchange, or refund.
Please note return processing can take on average anywhere from 10-30 days upon delivery back to us. Most times return refunds are processed way faster than that.
Items that have been physically damaged, or show signs of use and ware may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If we cannot issue a refund to the original form of payment, we can gladly offer store credit or an exchange.
Misused or improperly cared for items (such as being left out in the elements, or signs of abuse) are not eligible for a refund.
Refused Items: If it’s the fault of Brevard Bikes, you will be fully credited and or items will be reshipped at our expense.

To make sure your order is shipped quickly and arrived quickly, Cancellations can be made within 24 hours starting from the time of the order is confirmed. Any order that gets canceled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees up to a 25% restocking fee as well.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment
Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@eleganthomeusa.com. We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends). If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.
Covid 19 Notice
Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials. This notice supersedes other notices herein.
Back-ordered Items
When you see Est. Restock Date just above the Add to Cart button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as Backordered, occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call. Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Elegant Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
Freight Shipping
Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You’ll need it if you have to return your item.
The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed. Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Delivery Notice
Elegant Home USA encourages customers to ALWAYS inspect packages before signing off on a delivery in case of damaged items.
We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- For all HOMEY DESIGN items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Damages caused from transit must be noted on delivery documentation BEFORE the freight carrier leaves. YOU MUST inspect all boxes for damages before signing release documents. If damages are observed, refuse delivery and inform us via email right away. If you do not inspect your merchandise at time of arrival, damages observed later will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date.
- For all LEGION FURNITURE items, returns and exchanges are allowed only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery
- For all AVCON Outdoor Shower Enclosures, all sales are final and nonrefundable. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable local building codes.
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@eleganthomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
