Return Policy
Zoom Electric Bikes offers a 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns Policy. We will refund your purchase amount minus the original and return shipping charges subject to the conditions below:
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the order date.
- The item must be returned within 14 days from the notice of the intent to return.
- All merchandise must be returned in new, unused and sellable condition (that means all packaging, warranty cards, manuals, documentation, instructions, and accessories must be returned as well).
- Our return policy also applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped and/or refusal at the time of delivery.
- Please note that we do not accept the return of spare parts or accessories.
- Custom item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.

- We will require you to provide us with pictures of the item from all sides before it is packaged for shipping. We will also require pictures of the item after it has been packaged for return shipment in the original packaging.
- All returns will be inspected and we reserve the right to adjust the refund on the return depending upon the condition of the returned product.
- Do not return to any address listed on the package. It is a good idea to get insurance for shipping returns as we cannot guarantee delivery to us
- Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments and we recommend that you insure all returned packages for your protection. Zoom Electric Bikes is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged
- Shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- For all returns and cancellations that “shipped free,” a shipping charge equal to the cost of the original shipment will be withheld from the refund. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.
- Please do not write on the packaging box or use duct tape or any colored tape anywhere. Use only clear packaging tape.
- Zoom Electric Bikes reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:
- The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
- The returned item is missing parts or the original product’s packaging.
- The item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
- The item being returned has been obviously used.
- The item has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
The Following Cannot Be Returned
- Products which are eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty.
- Products that have had their original manufacturer packaging opened. Products that have been out of their original manufacturers’ packaging.
- Accessories and Spare Parts.
- If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the merchandise in new resalable condition.
Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange any item, except custom items, within 30 days of the ship date. Please note: Exchanges are subject to applicable restocking fees and the return policies mentioned on this page.

All merchandise returns require a Zoom Electric Bikes RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, please follow this procedure. Any returns received without an authorization number will be refused.

As long as your reason for return is valid, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused and a refund will not be given. Your RMA is valid for 15 business days after it has been issued. Remember, we must receive returns within 30 days of the original ship date.
Items Damaged During Shipment
- When your order arrives, please be sure to inspect all boxes right away.
- If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept delivery from the carrier or make sure to note the damage on the proof of delivery slip.
- If you do accept a damaged shipment, make sure to notify us immediately, as claims for damaged goods must be presented to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
- Zoom Electric Bikes cannot be held responsible for visible shipment damage not reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
- We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
- If the packaging looked undamaged but there is in fact “hidden damage” to the items inside of the packaging, contact Zoom Electric Bikes within 2 days of receipt.
- We cannot accept claims after 2 business days, as we are unable to pass on the claims to the carrier responsible at that point.
Restocking Fees
- There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges unless the return is due to a Zoom Electric Bikes error (e.g. we sent you the wrong product).
- We are unable to waive this fee (although we would like to) due to the manufacturer charging us the restocking and return fees.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
- No returns or exchanges will be issued after thirty days from the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any items that are defective, or physically damaged by the end-users. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing a refund or credit
- Items that do not include all the original manufacturing packaging (packaging materials, documentation, instructions, and accessories)
- Customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable
- If an item is defective, we will replace the item
- Any items returned after 30 days
How to Return Your Item(s) to Zoom Electric Bikes
Please note that all returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes, product manuals, warranty cards, and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with return instructions.
- Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
- We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
- Include a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the reason for return)
- Write your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outside of the box
- Send the package to the address provided in the RMA authorization instructions
- Ship the package. We will either provide you a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
- Please provide us the tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
Refund Process
Your return will be processed as quickly as possible but may take up to 30 days. The time that it takes for a “credit” to appear on your monthly statement varies by the credit card company. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.
When you are issued an RMA number, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund much more rapidly (1-2 weeks). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Cancellations
- You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.

Cecil’s Cyclery Review: Nakto Camel Electric Bike is for Women Men
If you’ve been itching for an electric bike but you’re on a budget, then the 26” Nakto Camel electric bike is the bike for you. Though it may not check off all the boxes of a full sized cargo bike, it does meet the same needs in a less utility like scale, as it comes equipped with a front basket and rear rack, plus headlights and fenders, as well as suspension, throttle, pedal assist, and even a Shimano drivetrain.
And it’s best we first acknowledge that though the Nakto Camel is advertised as a woman’s bike, it is in no way, shape, or form, restricted to just women’s use. In our opinion, as well as many others who have purchased the bike, the bike is truly unisex. So let’s get to the good stuff. and a little bit of the not so good stuff. we promise an unbiased review of this bike as we value our Newport Community so much we know that’s what you deserve!
What Do I Get Out of the Bike?
In a nutshell, the Camel is a step through cruiser with dutch style handlebars, making it a standard city or commuter bike, as well as a basic front suspension fork and comfort saddle that allows it feel more comfortable on light trails and off-roading. Furthermore, there is some vibration dampening with the steel fork and steel stem, that adds to the ease of the ride.
As mentioned before, there is a lot of utility to the Camel, such as the rear rack and front basket. The rack is frame mounted with a height adjustment and utilizing smaller tubing, lending it the ability to fit a lot of different sized panniers. As for the front basket, there are pros and cons, perhaps making it the most complained about aspect of the bike, which is honestly, not that serious of a problem to have.
The front basket is bolted above and below the head tube so it doesn’t sway side to side during turning motions, which is great for valuable items and a worriless ride. However, the downside of the basket is that it is made of plastic, which some do not like the appearance of and some doubt the strength of. Therefore, we can conclude that the basket isn’t really made for carrying a ton of weight around, but we do know that it is strong enough to carry the Camel’s battery charger within it.
But, speaking of the battery charger, the battery of the Nakto Camel falls minorly short. An online review noted that perhaps the biggest complaint about the bike is that the battery is easily overworked when doing hefty uphill climbs, as he explained that his battery blew out a fuse during this route. Though he was glad the battery is fuse protected, he wished the fuses were higher quality.
But back to the brighter side, other features include an electric horn, perfect for riding in loud and buzzing areas, a full chain guide, battery integrated headlight, and a kickstand mounted in the rear, a great alternative to the oh so frustrating pedal lock when reversing. Lastly, the bike is only powered by a key, which makes it less likely to be stolen, if that is a concern of yours. However, on the flip side, for those who are keen to losing their keys or forgetting them in their vehicle, this may be an added stressor. All depends on preference.
Overall, the main disappointment is the basket and modest battery size. Other than that, the seat can be trusted for comfortability, the headlights work wonderfully, the brakes are simple but effective, the rear rack is a great addition, and it includes fenders which is surprising given the low price the bike goes for.
How Does it Ride?
Though it’s labelled as a 250W, the Nakto Camel rides more like a 350W electric bike. We could place a bet that Nakto actually built the bike somewhere in the 350-ish Watt territory.
For the price, as you may infer yourself, the bike performs best on flat ground, a guaranteed smooth ride. On the other hand, the acceleration and speed does drop in accordance with the steepness of a climb when riding up hills. However, the bike comes equipped with a Shimano 6-speed drivetrain that helps add a good amount of pedaling power on uphill climbs.
On a similar note, the Nakto just simply isn’t meant for intense purposes. As previously noted, the bike rides beautifully on flat ground and though it is an acceptable bike for dirt riding, it’s not an off-roading bike, so best to stick to smooth dirt trails and grassy lawns.
On the downside, the camel bike doesn’t come with multiple pedal-assist levels; you either have pedal-assist or you don’t. But considering the low price of the Nakto, it’s not completely unexpected and works just fine given the other amazing qualities.
Nakto Electric Bike On Budget in Newport Beach
All in all, the Nakto camel electric bike is excellent for cyclers on a budget. Where the bike lacks in cost-cutting measures such as the plastic parts and modest battery size, it makes up for in just about every other aspect.
If you’re looking for a simple, flat land city bike, it’s safe to say you don’t have to look any farther than the 26’ Nakto Camel bike.
As the only complaints lied within the cheapness of the front basket and weak battery fuses when riding strenuous uphill slopes, the Natko Camel is still well worth its cheap price. We wouldn’t necessarily recommend this bike to an advanced cyclist, but we would highly recommend it to anybody else, especially those on a budget looking for a full-size bike for light to intermediate use!

Take the seat down, there is a small blue bar under the seat, pull that bar up to take turn the seat straight. 2. Left hand turn the battery key to unlock (in the photo),at the same time, push the key in. Meanwhile the right hand take the battery out.
What is the problem if the charger signal is always green when charging? Is that the battery has a problem?
If the single light is always green after charging at once that is the fuse of the battery burnt. If it fuse the blown, replacing the new fuse is suggested.

Fat Tire Electric Bikes are some of the most popular ebikes on the market today and for good reason. The 4″ wide tires have more surface contact with the ground, and thereby offer greater stability and traction, especially on unpaved surfaces. Fat tire ebikes are widely used for off-road trail riding, and in areas with sand or snow on the ground.
The Nakto Fat Tire Cruiser can be ridden like a conventional bike, using the 6-speed Shimano gears. These shift smoothly throughout their range, using the Rapid fire trigger (button/lever) click shifter. And when you’re ready to boost your ride, simply turn on the 3-mode pedal assist system (PAS) and your pedaling will remain steady while the 300W rear hub motor propels you forward. Should I Be Present To Receive My Order?
All of our e-bikes are shipped with “Signature Required”. This is to ensure your e-bike gets to you safely. You can make arrangements accordingly based on the date on your expected delivery tracking info.
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
- If your order is stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the e-bike ordered will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.
- We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out.
- We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and Freight to the lower 48 states. Most all orders will ship the same day as ordered if the order is submitted before 1pm PST (some exceptions apply, some part freight orders may not ship until the following day).
- Some parts orders and freight shipments are subject to ship the following business day if the order is placed close to the 1pm cut off time.
- Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK HI ship by AIR at additional cost.
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
- A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
- Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
- A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need paid prior to delivery.

- As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. Please contact your local customs office for information.
- To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your e-bikes arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
- We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
- If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
- If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
- We ship via UPS and Fedex for most e-bikes, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for big e-bikes.

- Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
- If there are any e-bikes damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that’s damaged.
- If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@strykerebikes.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations Refunds:
- All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
- If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the e-bikes ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
- If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
PRE ORDERS CAN BE REFUNDED ANYTIME BEFORE SHIPMENT
Preorder refers to an item that is out of stock, but will be coming back in stock at a later date. Electric Bike PROS offers you the option to purchase an item that is listed on the website as a Preordered item that will ship once it is back in stock.
Expected Shipping Date
We estimate to our best ability on when we know our preorder items will ship. We list the target date or time frame on the product page. Please keep in mind that there are things outside of our control. This means that delays may occur. Should there be any delays to the product’s availability date, you will be notified via email.

Payment for Preorder
When making a preorder purchase online, full payment is required for us to hold this item for you. Once the item has become available, your order will ship and be delivered. If you were to cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund.
Returns on Preorders
Due to the nature of preorders, we understand that the delivery of your purchase will be delayed. All items that are purchased as a preorder, are subject to the brands return window from the day the item is received. We require is that the bicycle is in new condition, meaning free from any scratches or damages. To review all other details for returns, please view the “Returns and Warranty” tab.
- From time to time, an e-bike may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn’t updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting an e-bike sooner.
- The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
- If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different e-bike, or cancel the order altogether.
- Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
This section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL will be delivered via a lift gate truck.
Important Freight LTL Shipment
When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery Windows of 8 am. 12 pm or 12 pm. 4 pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9:00 am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.

Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
Don’t screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
6.The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
7.Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of e-Bike Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing):
- Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
- Electric Bike Pros recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify Electric Bike Pros immediately.
- IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
- Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier
