SmartBots honors all manufacturer warranties in compliance with manufacturer warranty rules, instructions and SmartBots terms and conditions. Please refer to warranty literature for your specific purchase. These warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse, racing, accidents and alterations to the product. SHIPPING DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free to the continental United States. Normal rates apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

Under normal circumstances shipping will take place 5-10 business days from the time your order goes through unless the item(s) in the order fall under the exceptions listed below.

Small parts, accessories, and miscellaneous are shipped via Fedex, USPS or UPS, insured, adult signature required. SmartBots reserves up to 10 business days handling time before shipping. We will be in contact with you if there is reason for any further delay.

Large items can only be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground, insured and adult signature required. You or an adult in your household needs to sign for the package. UPS or Fedex make several delivery attempts and leave notes on your door. If you are unable to retrieve the package and this results in UPS or Fedex returning the bike to us you are fully responsible for the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. SmartBots reserves up to five business days handling time before shipping.

All Pre-orders and orders will be fully charged at the time the order was placed. All Pre-orders and orders are final sales unless there is a problem caused by us. In specific cases. determined by management. we might be able to allow cancellations for certain pre-orders before the order was shipped. but 7% processing fees and handling fees are non refundable. These case by case courtesy cancellation exceptions are only possible for certain specific orders that meet certain guidelines (as determined by management) and are to be considered a pure courtesy. Pre-orders arrival dates might change at any time without prior notice. During POST COVID 19 bike makers have limited information when products arrive in the country and can often not inform their dealers when or if delays occur. Bike shops are at the mercy of the manufacturer’s inventory levels. The pandemic’s high demand for products combined with production and supply challenges has made it impossible for manufacturers to foresee what arrives and at what time. This is not a problem occurring for any specific brand or make but is a worldwide situation for every manufacturer in the world. We are striving to inform every customer as soon as we have received any new information from the manufacturer. During and post pandemic most vendors do not have firm ETA’s. When you ship it back to us we require it to be shipped fully insured. and in case of an electric bike. you need to declare it as an electric bicycle with the shipping company. In case of damage that might occur while being shipped back to us you are responsible for the damage. Also note that some shipping companies do not ship electric bikes unless the shipper is hazmat certified.

We require to adhere to these terms because of the extremely high costs of shipping a bicycle or electric bike and because of the high non-refundable credit card and Paypal processing fees.

If your order was declined, you may still see pending charges on your account. This is all dependent on your bank and/or credit card company’s rules and regulations.

The 500W hub motor of this e-bike offers powerful torque at a top speed of 25km/h even without any load. The stated wattage is the manufacturer’s rated power capacity, however the actual power-to-ground wattage is below 500W to comply with regulatory requirements, with variations possible according to the ride conditions. It also has a Lithium-ion battery that offers optimal energy density, with no memory effect, plus 600-800 cycle life. Additionally, the battery is waterproof-protected for a longer life span and features overcharge, over-discharge, over-current and short circuit protection. Monitor your battery capacity, speed, pedal assist level, distance and more with the LCD display and easily select the class 5 rating and switch to pedal assistance mode through the touch of a button. ONLY the frame is different between the GM and GL series. Although both bikes are unisex, the GL is more convenient for women to ride because of the lower height of the frame.

At Mukkpet, we provide up to a 1-year warranty for our bikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory. Please refer to the following table for the warranty for specific parts. The following parts are covered by our 1-Year Warranty

  • Platform of the purchase, such as Amazon, Brand Store, etc. (If purchased on Amazon, please also include the seller name on your order)

  • The email and shipping address you used when you placed the order.
  • Pictures/Short videos of the problems and a brief description of the problems

Parts and Labor. Mukkpet may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you send the defective parts back to us. If applicable law requires Mukkpet to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Mukkpet the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service. DIY Parts Service allows you to service your own product. If Mukkpet determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, Mukkpet will ship to you a replacement part for your product. The replacement part will be accompanied by instructions on installation and any requirements for the return of the replaced part. Mukkpet reserves the right to decide if the labor costs relating to DIY Parts Service will be covered or not.

For any repair outside the Warranty. Even if your problems are not covered by the Warranty, you can purchase the replacement parts from us. As the manufacturer, we offer competitive for the parts of our bikes. To purchase replacement parts from us, please contact us for further information.

Note, we DO NOT accept return of the bike. If you have any problems with the product, please contact us. Our dedicated customer support will be more than happy to assist you.

Returning of malfunctioning bikes within 14 days of receipt. Yamee offer FREE return and exchange for malfunctioning bikes within 14 days of receipt.

Returning of New and Unused bikes within 14 days of receipt. Yamee allows you to return any ebikes in condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee and less shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their ebikes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns that we DO NOT accept:

  • Return of used bikes with no quality problem.
  • Return of accessories and replacement parts.
  • Return outside 14-days window.
  • Return without proof of purchase through official channels.
  • Return with any damage is caused by human.

6.If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our customer service team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

Condition of Returning bikes without quality problem

  • The mileage on the LCD screen of the ebike must be less than 10 miles, there should be no wear, dirt, scratches, fragrance, or any other signs of use.
  • All items received by the customer must be included in the original packaging and in the same condition because they were sent by Yamee.
  • Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from Yamee. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Yamee, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for shipping to get the item returned or sacrifice the item.

Returning Cost

The shipping cost of returning service will be borne by customers if the ebike has no quality problem.

  • 150 will be charged as the delivery fees and Yamee will provide shipping labels.
  • Ships the ebike back to Yamee’s warehouse on your own.

Note that: We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.

I rarely use the throttle as the pedal assist is enough and often just use 2 (out of 5) PAS mode. I have found the throttle helpful at an uphill stop sign and need to get through it quickly. It’s easy to learn and feel very safe on it. I highly recommend this Bike and supplier. I had a bit of a wait time for the first one, but it was coming from across the ocean. Electric Zip kept me informed the best they could and this was when all of the container ships were backed up at the ports! When we ordered my husband’s bike, it was here within the week. I run out of energy well before the battery does. I’ve never used up the whole battery at one ride! You’ll love your decision on this bike once you make it so do it today before they’re out of stock. Was looking for a Bike that is built for Bigger Guys and found this one. Working great and price was great also. Plenty of battery life for a day of riding and really makes a difference on pedaling uphill.

I purchased 2 e-bikes from Electric Zip and I must say these are like my title line says. better than expected. I was and still am very impressed with the quality of these bikes. I ride it everyday with a smile and can’t wait to take it for a ride. Being able to go 3 times farther than I would on a regular bike is a plus all in itself. When I saw all the buttons and LCD screen I thought it was going to be a little confusing. Not at all. Very easy to use and fun to shift gears and adjust the PAS. I had to make a few small adjustments on the front brakes but that was easy as well and you get a nice tool kit to do what you need. I love this bike and have told all my friends and co-workers about them and to buy them from Andrew at Electric Zip. We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Also we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

There is a flat fee of 29 shipping to Canada for items up to 7lbs. There could be extra fee for oversized items and large shipments like electric hunting bikes, kayaks, trailers etc. Customer has to pay all duties and fees on the item. Due to international shipping some items ae restricted, there for we can’t ship it.

Curb side Shipping. Delivered to your curb, most of the time by the mailbox. You will be responsible for moving and assembling products yourself.

Standard Delivery. Delivery to the first enclosed area (door entrance, garage, covered awning, etc).Moving and assembly from that point will be your responsibility.

White Glove Delivery. White-glove service includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order. There are additional costs for white Glove Delivery. Delivery is by appointment. We will call you to set a date.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package, instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@huntinggiant.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order

You can cancel your order without any additional costs if your order hasn’t been shipped. Please get in touch at sales@huntinggiant.com. If your order has shipped, we will take it back (the customer has to pay shipping costs) if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in good condition. (restocking fee applies)

You can return a product 30 days after the initial purchase. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges (if we have to arrange the return freight) and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price).

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Items have to be in original packaging. Depending on your Bank it can take 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.

In order to put you on the back order list, we have to process your funds. We will ship the product once it becomes available. If you decide that you no longer want the item, and want to be removed from the backorder list (cancel order) email us at sales@huntinggiant.com. Depending on your Bank it could take up to 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.
