FOR NATIONAL SHIPPING: Please notify us after the auction is over or if you are through bidding if you need shipping assistance. It is important that we are notified if the items are going to a residential or commercial address. Pallets typically start around 400 to ship (depening on the route weight it could be more or less.) We will then prepare your items for shipment and communicate the shipping cost. There will be a 25 handling fee for every pallet, that includes shrink wrapping and preparation ( the cost of shipping). Once your item(s) have left our warehouse it is considered to be in your possession and Erkelens Olson is not responsible for any damages that may occur in transit. Refusing the pallet upon delivery for any reason is prohibited, your pallet purchase is considered as-is and is not eligible for carrier freight damage claims. If there are any additional charges received by the carriers regarding your delivery that should have been stated up front, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for the difference. Tracking emails will be sent to your email, it is required that you contact the freight company directly with any questions or concerns. Erkelens Olson will not know the status of your shipment. Wire bins are not eligble to be shipped.

Residential deliveries are placed curbside via truck lift gate, the pallet will not be delivered inside your home or garage and are not included in the shipping price quote. Please do not ask the driver to deliver inside your home, garage, or front door of a business, that service will incur an extra cost that will be charged back to your credit card on file and is very expensive. Residential pallet deliveries require an appointment and signature, an appointment clerk will be contacting you once it arrives at the destination terminal. If you miss a delivery appointment, and that delivery needs to be rescheduled, charges incurred from the carrier will be charged back to your credit card on file. Commercial deliveries require a dock high door capable of offloading a pallet, or a forklift that can offload from the truck. Commercial deliveries also assume locations are not considered limited access or require appointments, those areas do cost extra and will be charged to your credit card on file, that information needs to be stated up front before the freight is picked up so an accurate quote estimate can be provided before shipping. If your freight is not received in a timely manner, it will be determined abandoned and disposed of by the delivery carrier at their discretion and individual tariff rules. Erkelens Olson will not knowingly ship commodities needing to be classified as hazardous or prohibited.
