Έξοδα αποστολής
1) Για παραγγελίες αξίας άνω των 70€: η παράδοση είναι δωρεάν για όλη την Ελλάδα (εξαιρούνται κάποια βαριά αντικείμενα όπου το κόστος αποστολής υπολογίζεται αυτόματα στο check-out).
2) Για παραγγελίες αξίας έως 69,99€: η χρέωση για την παράδοση είναι 3€ για όλη την Ελλάδα. Εξαίρεση αποτελούν τα προϊόντα υψηλού βάρους για τα οποία το κόστος αποστολής υπολογίζεται κατά τη διαδικασία ολοκλήρωσης της παραγγελίας.
3) Για αυθημερόν παράδοση: η χρέωση είναι 8€ και ισχύει μόνο εντός λεκανοπεδίου της Αττικής και ανεξαρτήτως αξίας της παραγγελίας.
Ακύρωση της παραγγελίας γίνεται στις παρακάτω περιπτώσεις :
1) Κατά τη διάρκεια της ηλεκτρονικής διαδικασίας: ενώ βρίσκεστε στο Ταμείο μπορείτε να πατήσετε το κουμπί Αδειάστε το καλάθι σας ώστε να διαγραφούν τα είδη που έχετε προσθέσει στο καλάθι σας.
2) Εάν έχει ολοκληρωθεί η ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία: Μπορείτε να μας καλέσετε στο
211 79 00 999 και ένας συνεργάτης μας θα αναλάβει την ακύρωση της παραγγελίας σας.
3) Μετά την παραλαβή του προϊόντος: καλέστε μας στο 211 79 00 999 ή επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας μέσω e-mail εξηγώντας το λόγο που επιθυμείτε την ακύρωση της παραγγελίας. Ένας συνεργάτης μας θα σας εξυπηρετήσει άμεσα και θα σας ενημερώσει για όλες τις επιλογές σας.
Επιστροφές προϊόντων:
