dont trust zoomo company,its not a…

dont trust zoomo company,its not a worthable company. for 10 pounds light issues they fined 101 pounds from my deposit amount. befor deposit a amount on zoomo think 100 times, make sure they will not return your deposit amount. cheated company they will cheat your amount.

Time for a new model

I wish they’d come out with a new improved model paying particular attention to suspension as the cracks, bumps and holes on London roads has really taken its toll on my body. The Zoomo Zero model has no suspension front or back while the Zoomo sport model has front suspension but the electric motor and gearing system don’t sync well and the bar across the frame inhibits stepping on and off the bike.

While renting a bike from Zoomo E-bike

While renting a bike from Zoomo E-bike, I found the receptionist’s customer service lacking. Her rushed communication and rudeness made the rental process confusing. Additionally, the thief protection offered wasn’t necessary as it didn’t provide added value compared to using our own lockers. I hope the management improves both communication and service options for future customers.

Don't bother

The bikes are okay. The hidden shady fees are extremely unprofessional and annoying. I just had £247.5 deducted from my bank account because they put me on a 3 month plan when I asked for a week! Disgusting, they're obviously doing this because they are desperate for money and will stoop to basically rob you of your hard earned money...

Zoomo bike. UK Fulham
Robust frame and loads of support if you’re renting. From my experience of building ebikes, Bafang and 1000w pancake motors are good but they draw a lot of unwanted attention. Bike thieves hate zoomo because of the security features it has. Only worry would be if they follow you in pairs brandishing knives but it’s rare. Lovely lady Nicoletta at the bike store. She helped me understood everything. 👌🏼💯

the worst bike rental place ever

the worst bike rental place ever, i took a bike for rent, had a puncture, tried to book a appointment, no appointments for a week... so i went there, got it fixed, didn't say any thing about any charge, came home to find they have taken 38.00£ from my account, without even telling me. chat to there customer service, no help at all... when u sign an agreement with them, they have the power to take money out of your bank without your consent, its just day light robbery, they say , they give u 'free that and this' nothing is true...

I took out a bike for a week in sept…

I took out a bike for a week in sept 2023 £100 deposit gave it back after a week they only paid me £76.86 of my deposit . Contacted zoomo several times via email no response then in jan 2024 they made two transactions of £34.00 on my account very frustrating when you,ve not took or hired anything of them they have details and keep them would not reccomend this company . Finally i got my £34 back but there saying to me they wont give me the rest of my deposit because i had the bike 3 days longer which is not true ,they cant be trusted and they charge your card when ever they feel like took me 4 days to get my £34 back wont ever use zoomo have asked them to remove my details off their system.

I am not happy with the service that…

I am not happy with the service that was provided by the staff at Cambridge Heath Road London, they are not professional and friendly at all. They are the reason I returned the bike to the store. I used the bike for almost a year not happy with Zoomo's service at all.

Zoomo is the best E-bike ever compared…

Zoomo is the best E-bike ever compared to others E-bikes that I drove before. The easy pedaling assistance is awesome when it comes to battery usage, fast charging,... I mean everywhere I go people tells me “ nice bike “ it motivates me to take care of my ZOOMO and enjoy my daily commutes.

Cycle Quality & Service

Cycle Quality & Service: Not Great (Battery gets disconnected very often on the road, unfortunately the mechanics gave a try 2 times and couldn't fix it.). Also, when I got a flat tire I was told that the mechanic is not available next day, hence I have to wait one more day to get fixed)
Price: Excellent (Gave me 2 weeks free deal)
Ride Experience: Good (Riding is smooth and comfort)

5-Star E-Bike Shop in Sydney

Good service, many options of bikes available in the store ranging from a cheaper weekly rent to a higher one—even then highest rent service is still affordable. Good customer service, and the store is clean too. Highly recommend to those looking for a bike, either to rent or purchase it, as the bike to me is faster and the battery lasts long. So there is no regret to buy/rent it.

Fucki*g bastar*s they deduct my last…

F*cki*g bast*rds they deduct my last payment from my new mastercard and still refund my bond into my old blocked MasterCard. Now they are pulling me around just telling me sorry we can't do anything go to your bank they will do! but my bank told me refund will pop back to them if they putt it in blocked card.

Worst experience with any company I’ve ever had.

Disgusting company, blatant cash grab.
Text message customers at 11PM at night.
Supply faulty bikes and try and make you pay for this unless you mention getting a copy of the mechanics report and reporting it to the ombudsman. I’ve never wrote a negative review ever, but for this company I must.

I think your product and offers are great. I did have some billing and communication issues; However, I dealt with Richard Dacanay back and forth via email. He spent a lot of time following up my issue and and went to great efforts to get the matter resolved. I am very grateful.
My only criticism is that it's hard to contact Zoomo directly by phone.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. I made a booking in November for early December, for two months. Zoomo contacted me and informed me that they didn't have sufficient bikes and there would be a delay. This I accepted, as I wasn't in a hurry. Three months later and I've never been contacted. I don't know how they're in business!

Buying a secondhand e-bike

I found the guys in the Australia Melbourne shop very friendly & helpful. I would have given top reviews if it weren't for the the poor 35 point inspection & refurb that they advertised they do befor selling seconde hand bikes , I.e the sydney branch . Also I was under the impression that zoomo only sold zoomo bike brand & for that reason parts & services are easy for them to do? But they actually sell two brands & the other they dont have parts for as they are hard to source. Anyway all & all it was a good experience & I like the bike I bought as a gift for my sister , thanks Zoomo.p.s I would still recommend this company.
