Free Curbside Delivery:

• Includes free curbside delivery via trucking service. You will be responsible for moving the item(s) into your home. The driver does not assist with bringing products into the home or residence. If you need assistance, please choose the FST Setup option or Platinum Delivery.
• Item(s) will be left on your porch, driveway, or yard at the driver’s discretion. Please be prepared to sign for your item(s) at the time of delivery.
• Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days for in-stock items.

Curbside Delivery Product Setup:

• This is a 2 part delivery option. Includes free curbside delivery. Ground level entrances only. Does not include flights of stairs. Product will be set up by the FST (Field Service Technician).
• Once your order is placed, Pride Mobility will contact you with the FST’s name and phone number to schedule your FST appointment. During your appointment, the FST will unbox and assemble your item(s), power on your device to ensure proper operation, and remove any boxes or cartons. Does not include removal of other products or furniture. Please be prepared to sign for your item(s) at the time of delivery.
• Please note: Your FST appointment will NOT be on the same day as delivery. If you are not contacted by Pride within 72 hours of your order, please contact us to schedule.
• Delivery takes 4 to 10 business days for in-stock items.

Premium Inside Delivery:

• Includes delivery over the first inside threshold of your residence, providing the box fits through the doorway.
• Ground level entrances only. Does not include flights of stairs.
• Once the order is placed, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. The driver will bring your new unit(s) over the first threshold.
• Please note: Does not include product setup. If you would like inside delivery to include setup, please choose the Platinum Delivery option.
• Delivery takes about 10-14 business days for in-stock items.

Platinum Delivery:

• Includes inside delivery and product setup in your room of choice. One flight of stairs included at no charge.
• Once the order is placed, the carrier will ship your product(s) to the platinum delivery company, who will contact you to schedule delivery and setup for the same day in one appointment. During your appointment, the technician will unbox and assemble your item(s), power on your device to ensure proper operation, and remove any boxes or cartons. Does not include removal of other products or furniture.

When shouldn’t I choose a transportable scooter?

One disadvantage of travel mobility scooters like the Pride GoGo is that they sacrifice comfort for the sake of easy transportation. If you plan on being on your mobility scooter for extended periods of time, and don’t need to disassemble or fold your scooter, it is best to look for a full-size or heavy duty mobility scooter like the Pride Victory 10 (weight capacity 400lbs) or the Pride Maxima (weight capacity 500lbs). Both are available in 3 or 4 wheels.

Or, choose in-home service with tire and emergency key coverage- in addition to service being performed in your home, we’ll fix up to four flat/failed tires and/or wheels and provide one emergency replacement key sent via expedited delivery if you lose yours.
