Do not waste your money buying from these people. I purchased a scooter last December as a present only used once and couldn’t charge. Bought it using payment plan Klarna. We tried to contact them but to no avail. I asked for a return address no one replied. They blocked me on I refused to pay Klarna now I have debit collectors (DRS )on my back and a faulty item. I think it’s not fair. Did anyone went through this how did you come out of it? I’m stressed about it.

I brought 2 aovo pro scooters from this company for Christmas they only got used for 3 weeks and both of them now broke this company is a scam and is disgraceful no one replied ever to me and when I put bad reviews on they delete me and blocked me. No one buy from these ever. I am left with 2 broke scooter 2 unhappy girls and £597 out of

Like the 1 star review before mine had scooter for less than a month and mudguard has also broken off leaving wires exposed. Emailed 4th April no response. Their communication is diabolical. Prior to this latest issue I’d contacted them asking for a delivery update as they advertise delivery within 10 days. I ordered on 2nd March it didn’t arrive until 3 weeks later and I wouldn’t of minded so long as l was kept informed.I managed to get a reply via but when I tried finding them on today they seem to have mysteriously vanished.Checking out the warranty claim policy now and won’t hold my breath as they hold you to ransom over paying shipping costs upfront and will probably decline the claim.Will probably contact Credit card company to submit a charge back if they continue to ignore me.Wish I’d read reviews if I had I would not have given this company my custom.

Do Not order from here. Go elsewhere this company is useless I ordered on the 8th Feb and have had no correspondence since then. I have emailed several times via all social media platforms and have had 0 response. They have deleted their and Комментарии и мнения владельцев on instagram are disabled. All seems very dodgy to me. I have had no dispatch information or shipping. They have taken the money but have not corresponded since then. Disgusting service and now my daughter will have no present for her birthday as I have to wait for the back to investigate before I can get my money back. Avoid like the plague. So bad how companies can do this to people who are using their hard honest earned money to treat family members for special occasions and then put in positions like this.

THANK YOU!Due to the confirmed delay to my order caused by the outcomes of Brexit, I contacted E PRO GLIDE this afternoon. I explained why I was writing and asked for clarification. Within ten minutes I received a courteous explanation of the delay in fulfilling my order and an offer to have a refund. I took the offer and within another 10 minutes I received a confirmation that my refund would be in my account in the next 1. 2 days. Thank you, E PRO GLIDE, for your honesty and for your outstanding customer service. I will keep your emails on file should anyone wish to query my positive post. aovo pro scooter from e pro glide
Hi I bought a aovo pro scooter from e pro glide placed the order on 24th Feb 2021 received it on 09/03/2021. I have given 4 stars because of lack of response and communication at the beginning of order. But so far happy with delivery time and scooter is looking nice can’t wait to ride it I’ve put it on charge and it seems to be charging fine. So I seen all these negative reviews on trust pilot and got really worried but so far it all seems ok with my scooter if any thing goes wrong I’ll update you. And once it’s charged I’ll take the scooter for wizz and also Will update youOkay up date it’s working fine it’s fun.But it does look like it’s been repackaged not used but looks like some electrical repairs.But as long as it works I’m happy

I can’t believe I didn’t take time to research this company before buying my son an electric scooter for Christmas. It arrived in good time but when we set it up on Christmas day the battery wouldn’t charge. I’ve emailed eproglide around 7 times and sent them a DM on Instagram but I’ve had zero response. I now have an electric scooter that cost over £300 which won’t work and a very upset son. Shame on them for not even responding. Don’t make the same mistake as me and AVOID AT ALL COST

Terrible!
Terrible!! I feel so stupid for not looking into this company before we purchased, especially knowing now who owns it because he has such a bad reputation in northern Ireland. If you want to face problems with customer service and delivery then order from them. Otherwise, avoid. Ridiculous!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. My son refused the delivery and product was returned. He’s emailed 9 times so far about his refund and messaged numerous times and your company has just ignored every single one and still not yet returned his money. I’m disgusted at this behaviour. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM.

It’s not worth the money. I had a aovo pro and it lasted only 5 months considering how well I was looking after it. I loved the scooter the battery was amazing, very quick no problems with battery or charging. The mud guard always snapped. Unless you reinforce it it happens to everyone’s but my scooter had completely snapped clean even though it’s supposed to be air craft aluminium. Very dangerous could have very badly injured my head/face but luckily was going very slow when it happened. Do not buy this scooter if you plan to use it everyday it will not last long!
Company is very slow at getting back to me I have a feeling my problem will not get resolved and therefor make sure no one uses e pro glide because it’s not fair charging customers a lot of money for faulty scooters that customers could potentially really badly hurt them selves on

Avoid.
Avoid. We got our boy a scooter for Xmas set it up Xmas day. The front wheel spun out of control rubber and smoke flying out. the front tire came off the wheel we couldn’t stop it. My partner is a electrition and looked at the wire connection in the handlebars !! And it was awful. This could of cause my son a bad accident. We have sent many messages emails. And posted on wall. now I’m blocked ! Lucky we went with klana and they have cancelled anymore payments and are looking into it. You should be ashamed you ruined my boys Xmas. I wish I had looked into this company a bit more

Ordered 5th Jan
Ordered 5th Jan, 15th I emailed and got a very quick reply explaining delays with the containers and was told it should be sent out in the next few days. 22nd Jan I emailed again and was told the same thing but that the containers were to arriving at the weekend so will be sent out the following week. 1st Feb and for the rest of the week I tried to contact them via email and Instagram but got no reply, only when I emailed saying I was going to do a chargeback via my bank if I didn’t hear anything, they immediately sent an email saying they will cancel the order and process a refund. 12th Feb have emailed them again but have still got no refund and no response.
I understand they may be a small company but how hard is it to respond to people? I will wait another couple of days and chargeback it is. Very disappointed
Update. I received an email on the 15th Feb saying order has been dispatched.
Eventually tracked on Parcelforce coming direct from Germany, so if they were waiting on the containers coming to the UK why is it direct from Germany? I don’t mind this but would prefer to be told the truth.
Looks like I may get the scooter after all??
Upped to 3 stars as I finally received the scooter, shipped directly from Germany, so they are a genuine company just have extremely poor communications.
Scooter has now snapped all the way round the weld at the bottom of the handle bars, waiting on a response for a warranty replacement. My son had it for 7 days.
They only responded when again I said I would start a chargeback process, they are now saying they are only a reseller and the manufacturer deems this as rider fault. I’m sorry but a weld should not crack like that, there is no other damage to it. I’m still pursuing. What does the warranty actually cover then.
26th March and they are still ignoring me regarding this issue, I have been following advice from consumeradvice on my next steps with them
16th April and I have now started a chargeback (dispute) via my bank as they have not responded to anything.
So a warning to anyone buying from them, the warranty does not cover anything that breaks when in use, regardless of what breaks, according to them that’s rider fault. I’ve never heard of a warranty that only covers when its not in use.
27th May and I have just been successful with my dispute, so I managed to get a full refund that way.
