ORDER CONFIRMATION
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we are preparing your order for shipment and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to the manufacturer to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your order is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card and submit the order for immediate shipment.
- If your item(s) is on back-order or unavailable, we will contact you to see if you wish to keep or cancel your order. (Payment must be made up front for all back-orders / pre-orders.)
ORDER SHIPMENT
- The electric bike (or other items) you ordered will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
- Your item(s) will arrive to your address within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- We will send tracking number information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you don’t receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order confirmation, feel free to follow up with us at support@ElectricBikeZone.com.
- We ship via UPS and FedEx for most electric bikes and via USPS for small parts and accessories.
- We order Signature Required delivery on every order over 100. You will need to have someone age 21 or older present at the time of delivery to accept the shipment.
DAMAGES RETURNS
CANCELLATIONS REFUNDS:
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at support@ElectricBikeZone.com as soon a possible.
- Order Cancellations: All order cancellations, including back-orders and pre-orders, will incur up to a 15% cancellation fee, based on the total amount of the order. Note that if the order has already shipped, there will be additional fees if the items need returned. (See our Damages Returns page for details on Returns.)
- Refusing A Shipment When It Arrives: All orders that are shipped and refused upon delivery will have a 30% restocking fee and an original shipping fee deducted from the refund.

- From time to time, a product may run out of stock and the website wasn’t updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will notify you immediately and give you three options:
- Get an immediate refund.
- Keep your order and wait for it to come back into stock.
- Pick a similar model that is in stock.
- Once backorders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
- The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process. We will contact you if the arrival time changes on your order, and you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different electric bike, or cancel the order altogether.
Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please let us know, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy matches the return policy of the manufacturer of each of our products.
Each manufacturer has a different timeline for returns. Some have a 30-day return policy, and others are as short as 7 days. Some don’t accept returns at all because they custom build each product that is shipped.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, email us at support@ElectricBikeZone.com to notify us that you want to return your product. We will respond to your email and will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and the address to ship the product back to. You can take the product to your local UPS or FedEx store to ship it out. A t racking number must be provided to Electric Bike Zone when returning a product.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance (if selected), as well as a restocking fee. Up to a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your return at the manufacturer’s discretion, based on the item purchased.
As soon as the return is processed and approved by our supplier, a refund will be issued to the credit card or account originally used for payment.
IMPORTANT: Some of our manufacturers don’t accept returns per their own policies. If the manufacturer does not accept returns for their products, then we cannot accept returns for those products, either. Refer to our Manufacturer Returns Warranty Policies page for details on each manufacturer’s policies.
BRAND NEW CONDITION POLICY
All products returned must be in new, re-sellable condition, with no visible defects. All items must be shipped back in their original packaging.
SHIPPING DAMAGE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
Our electric bikes are carefully packaged to prevent damage during the shipping process. However, occasionally there can be an issue, and shipping damage can occur with all shipping carriers.
- Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.
- Please Note: If the item is damaged, you can sign for it as Damaged and we can then file a claim with FedEx/UPS right away on your behalf and have the item replaced. If there is damage but you sign for it as Not Damaged, then you will need to send information and photos showing the damage so that we can work to file a claim with FedEx/UPS. You can send photos to support@ElectricBikeZone.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
- Electric Bike Zone does not pay or reimburse any labor costs undertaken by the customer under any circumstances.
If you believe that an item has arrived damaged or with a defect, contact us at support@ElectricBikeZone.com and send a picture and description of the damage and we will happily file a warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. This must be done within 10 days of receiving your electric bike. We will not be able to ship you replacements if you send us photos after 10 days of receiving your electric bike. Replacement parts orders typically take between 1 to 3 weeks to fulfill.
- We do not issue refunds/returns because of defective batteries. The bike warranty will cover the battery, and a new battery can be shipped to you once we are provided with proof that the battery is defective. See the Defective Battery Policy below.
- We do not issue refunds/returns for minor cosmetic blemishes. The cost of returning an electric bike and shipping out a new one would be rather expensive. Instead, replacement parts and/or paint can be shipped to you to address any concern or problem.
DEFECTIVE BATTERY POLICY
Sometimes shipping carriers can damage the box during shipping. This can lead to the battery becoming damaged and not working. If you believe your battery to be faulty, you will need to provide us with proof.
To do this you can take your battery to a Batteries Plus store or use a voltmeter at home to test the battery and send us a picture of the reading on the voltmeter. Once you send us a photo of the reading showing the voltage is low, we can have a shipping label sent to you to return the battery. Once the defective battery is received, we will have a new battery shipped out to you as soon as possible.

KBO Breeze Review: A Value Packed Commuter E-Bike.
The KBO Breeze packs a lot of value into a well outfitted electric commuter bike including just about everything a commuter would need: a big ole 16 amp hour battery that exceeded the advertised range for me, full integrated front and rear lights, a rear rack with pannier rails, full metal fenders, and a water bottle holder, which is located perfectly for those needing extra minerals in their diet.
Specifications
The other components do the job very well, see table below. Unlabeled mechanical disc brakes with 180 mm rotors, a rear mounted kickstand, Shimano Altus 7 speed derailleur with an included metal guard. 42 tooth chainring with aluminum chain guard, 80mm travel front suspension forks with preload and lockout, and with nicer than expected Panaracer 27.5 by 2.4 inch tires. Note: that I did sustain a flat tire during my range tests, so tire durability is questionable.
The KBO seat is plush and the handlebars nicely laid out and includes a bell to alert pedestrians. The paint is a flat black, which looks good but does scratch easily, it is also offered in a nice orange.
Performance
My performance results were interesting, acceleration is quite good and quicker than many other 500 watt hub motor e bikes. Braking is on par with other bikes, even with the unbranded calipers which do not have the best feel. The hill climb was again a bit better than most other 500 watt bikes I’ve tested.
One thing this bike has from my testing so far is range and tons of it. Riding in speed limit 2 I got over 60 miles and in speed limit 1 almost 70 miles of range. I didn’t ride that full distance, I rode, recharged, and calculated the range. Fast riders may love this bike because you have all this battery, so if you want to ride fast … you can do so for longer.
Geometry and Fit
The most striking thing to me on this bike is that it feels like a big bike. It is supposed to fit riders down to 5’4”, however, people shorter than me at 5’10” may have issues fitting this bike. It is mostly the top tube length, I feel very stretched out. It also has the higher bottom bracket artifact where you have to raise your seat very high to get a good leg extension. This can then make it challenging to manage this commuter e-bike at stops. I really recommend a suspension seatpost, I have a Thudbuster with a Brooks saddle. This really takes care of the little bit of road vibrations that come through these aluminum rear triangles like you have on this bike. The suspension fork isn’t anything fancy, it is more of a spring style with preload and lockout. It does a decent job but with the long top tube more of your weight is over the rear wheel and you feel the rigidity back there.

How it Rides!
The cadence sensor does have some delay when engaging and disengaging, but not intrusively so. Riding in speed limit 3 is how I would commute, this put me around 18 mph. My speed in the various limits is shown.
Conclusion
I really like the side mount display. It is easy to see and does not scream e-bike quite the same way as center mounted displays tend to do. The display is interesting because it does have a little instantaneous power indicator so it kind of lets you know how much power you’re currently using, kind of real-time power use along with the 5 bar battery indicator, and all the other standard stuff like odometer, speed, trip distance, etc.
The KBO breeze is a solid commuter e-bike option with tons of range, so if you’re a commuter you want to go a long ways this is a great way to do it. Like any budget bike it has some compromises, but for all the stuff you get for your money, it’s a pretty great package.

The Launch date of the Motion Breeze E-bike is not confirmed yet, but we can expect it to launch in 2023.
