“Team Saint Lucia” captures SILVER and Bronze Medals at Taste of the Caribbean 2009.The atmosphere was one of measured celebration as the Saint Lucian contingent welcomed “Team Saint Lucia’s” award of “Silver” and “Bronze” Medals from Taste of the Caribbean 2009. This event is an annual culinary (food & beverage) festival presented by the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association (CHTA). The event took place at the Caribe Hilton Hotel in Puerto Rico from 12–14 June 2009. The road to Taste of the Caribbean begins with each country selecting 3 chefs, 1 pastry chef and 1 bartender to comprise their national team.
